Happy Hallow-Weeny!!

Earlier this week we carved the pumpkin! We went to the grocery store and all they had were huge pumpkins and I wanted to get a big one and small one for Corban and Brighton but we just decided to get one! So Clifford started drawing on it before he gutted it then realized he needed to gut it first! Corban was not a fan of the guts! haha We couldn't get him to touch them at all! Here they are before gutting it!

The finished product! Clifford refused to do anything hard this year since last year's Spongebob pumpkin took forever! It's ok! I don't blame him! 

Yesterday we had our ward Halloween Trunk or Treat! This was the first trunk or treat we've been too! It was quite fun! Corban had fun going around to all the cars! This year was really fun for us because Corban actually understood more what to do! Here is a picture of The Hulk and Brighton before the trunk or treat!

I didn't get any pics at the trunk or treat but then after we took Corban down our street to trick or treat! Here he is showing off his pumpkin full of candy!

After trick or treating  Clifford has some friends at work that invited us to their Halloween party! They had lots of yummy food! They did so good decorating! We ate and played some games and hung out and talked!

Corban was in heaven with all of the yummy treats they had to eat! haha We didn't get home until 11pm! I felt bad for Corban and Brighton! They were both awake the whole time! Brighton was spoiled by all the girls there holding her! Hopefully I can get her back on schedule after last night! African Safari!!!

Clifford and I had the chance to go to Africa....So of course we had to go on an African Safari since it has been my lifelong dream...and this Tiger was the first of many animals we saw!!!! It was AWESOME!!!!

JUST KIDDING! I wish I could go to Africa! Instead Clifford's Dad, 2 of his sisters Heather and Shelby and Heather's boyfriend Devin came up to visit us this last weekend!  So the first place we took them to eat was Big Juds! The best burgers ever! Of course I did make them pumpkin pancakes for breakfast!  Here is Heather, Dev, and Shelby!

Saturday night we took them to go see the sand dunes in St Anthony and on the way we stopped at this park! It was pretty cool! I haven't been on a teeter totter since I was a kid! I forgot how fun they are!

Then on Sunday we drove up to Jackson Hole, Wyoming! This was the only picture I got that day! Me and Corbs on our way! Then they had to leave Monday morning! We had so much fun this weekend! Thanks to the Mills for coming all the way here! We love you guys! 

Photo Shoot!!!

Since we don't know any photographers here I just decided to have Clifford take the kids pics! Luckily yesterday it was a beautiful day so it was nice to be outside! There were alot of cute ones so here are just a few of them! I think they turned out great!

Winter is Here Already!!!

So this past weekend we had a fun weekend! On Friday night

 we went and ate dinner at a local restaurant called Smitty's! It's a pancake and steak house which I highly recommend the next time you are in Idaho Falls! haha Their pancakes are awesome! I could seriously eat pancakes for every meal! Speaking of pancakes I have an awesome recipe for Pumpkin Puff Pancakes that are to die for if! So I might just have to post the recipe for you all to try! Then after we ate we went and got Brighton's ears pierced! She only cried for a couple minutes then she was fine! She looks so cute! I tried to get a pic of her cute little earrings the best I could! 

I caught her smiling on camera! I forgot how hard it is to take pics of babies cuz they move so much! She was in such a cute mood! 

Then Saturday we woke up and started painting some stuff we have for the kids rooms! This rocking chair took pretty much all day for us to paint! Minus a couple hours for lunch and nap time! I love my nap time! So it was blue but since I have it in Brighton's room we decided on pink! We didn't think it would be that bright it definately is! Here is Clifford enjoying the fun of painting! We had fun! 

Here is the finished produch in Brighton's room! It goes with her name I'll tell ya! It totally looks like it belongs in Cat in the Hat! haha I love it though! I am gonna keep it forever!

Then after a long day Saturday we woke up to this on Sunday morning! EWWW Snow already! I couldn't believe it snowed already! So not fair! It hasn't stuck to the ground yet but it sure is cold! We have a long winter ahead of us! I can't wait to come to AZ! 

2 Months!!!

So today Brighton is 2 months old! Time flies! I took her today to get her shots! It was so sad! Here are her stats: 

weight: 12 lbs  81%

height: 23.15 in 81%

head circ: 15.5 in  68%

I am glad she is nice and healthy! I'm hoping she stays the way she is and doesn't spike up to the 100th percentile in everything like her brother! haha So far so good but we'll see! She is such a little angel baby! She has started to smile and is starting to coo and make little noises! She is starting to be awake a little more! She is so much fun to have in our family! We all adore her so much! Brighton we love you so so much! These pics are right after her nap after her shots so she was a little out of it I think! haha I had to share them cuz they are still cute!
